During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by 8phjoy for identity verification purposes.
Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 8phjoy Platform. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 8phjoy will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 8phjoy support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
8phjoy operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. 8phjoy reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
8phjoy accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as displayed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your account wallet upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. 8phjoy does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 8phjoy, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
8phjoy's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8phjoy does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
8phjoy collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits 8phjoy's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
